Prosperity Flats

I've lived here for about a year and wanted to leave a review. The office and concierge staff, as well as the maintenance team, are all friendly and always do their best to support the residents. One of the great joys of living here is seeing the well-maintained common areas, the beautiful garden, and the clean swimming pool every day. It’s also a big plus that there are many friendly dogs around! Inside the apartment, it’s surprisingly quiet — I hardly hear any noise from upstairs or next door. As with any apartment, appliances can break occasionally, but the maintenance team responds quickly and kindly, which I really appreciate. This place also has some of the most beautiful sunset views — it's truly a hidden gem for sunset lovers. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyon

Prosperity flats is an excellent community to live in. We enjoyed your time there and would definitely recommend it to anyone considering moving. Due to personal circumstances, I had to moving in quickly and the leasing team Tatiana & Erica did a great job supporting us moving in record time. Proximity to the metro, shopping, grocery stores, apartment amenities, makes this a great place to live. The move out was as smooth as the move in. Clear communication from the manager/ leasing team is much appreciated One more thing - it is surprising quite for a big apartment complex. I recently toured Prosperity Flats with Erica, and she was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about the community and leasing process. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all of my questions honestly, and made the experience feel comfortable and stress-free. What stood out the most was her kindness and warmth, especially toward my 4 year old son. She was so sweet and engaging with him that by the end of the tour, he felt comfortable enough to give her a hug. That alone says so much about the type of person she is. Prosperity Flats leasing office is really amazing! Erica in the leasing office is willing to go the extra mile to ensure all your questions are answered and everything goes smoothly. Not only do they have great amenities but the leasing office shows that they value their residents and potential residents! I can't say enough about the incredible service I received from Erica at the Prosperity Flats leasing office. From the very beginning, she was attentive and a true professional. She followed up with me promptly after my initial inquiry, and I was able to schedule a tour of the apartment with ease. The tour itself was a wonderful experience, and I felt so comfortable with the entire process. Erica made everything so easy and gave truly heartfelt service. It was clear she genuinely cared about making sure I had a positive experience. I'm so excited and confident in my decision to move in, and I'm very much looking forward to calling Prosperity Flats my new home, thanks in large part to her! Thank you Erica :)
