OK to start off with I was Great need of an inspector right away and Mr. Graves with ProPoint Inspections came highly recommended to me.. He was able to come out on a short notice and was right on time for our appointment he went in great detail, explaining to me how it would be conducting the inspection. Extremely thorough in his job. I’ve owned several houses through the years and this is by far the best inspection that I’ve ever had done without a doubt. I got the report right away. I’ve never seen one done in such detail. I cannot recommend Mr. Graves enough. I would say if you’re in need of inspector, he is absolutely absolutely the first man I would call

Few years ago now. This guy really helped me when I needed my home inspected. He was able to meet my time crunch, and did a good job pointing out problem issues I needed to discuss with the seller. I highly recommend him to anyone in polk county or where he will travel too.
