Pecan Park Apartments

I’ve lived here previously and came back almost a year ago so with my 1 year mark coming up I thought it would be fair to comeback & update with a fair review. I don’t feel these apartments were ever a horrible place to live but the updates on these apartments are beautiful compared to 6 years ago and really give it a comfy feel! Management has been so helpful and understanding during a temporary hardship and I’m so grateful for that. I’ve never really had too many maintenance issues but when I did maintenance fixed the issue same day or next day no matter how busy he is. Yes the apartments are small but you can make them very functional. I’m a family of 3 with 2 big dogs and it works for us. My family and I feel very safe here and I have no regrets moving back! It’s a great place to start

Decent Apartments. However not so friendly neighbors. Some of the neighbors are grown bullies. I have seen more than I speak on. Constantly smell marijuana coming from certain apartments (weird considering these are supposed to be smoke free apartments). Nothing against other people’s lifestyle but there are several families in the complex plus not everyone enjoys smelling weed when some of us are outside on our porches just trying to enjoy the weather. Animal waste thrown in trash cans around the complex keeps flies around and you have to hold your breath most days checking your mail because of the animal waste in the trash can by the mailbox. On a positive note I’ve never had issues with management. She addressed all needs. Maintenance is always timely. I just wish the neighbors were nic

We've lived here for almost a year now management is great, a very friendly place to live, kid friendly and pet friendly environment. No one ever bothers us we have had zero problems since living here. I'd have to say it's a lot better living here than the other apartments I have lived at.

The Apartments are super nice, affordable, and the management is absolutely amazing. We had a leak in our room, and we put in a work order, not even 30 minutes went by and we had maintenance inside fixing the issue. They're very quick and Professional.

Upgrades in these apartments are nice and not as expensive as other places too! The new management is very responsive to any maintenance requests and really has the place looking good.
