Do not use this company. They do not communicate whatsoever. I have called the realtor, Toni, multiple times asking for her to send info about the sale of a house she has listed currently. This house is for sale by 2 family members. She has never emailed me or given me any information at all. She has been very rude and always has excuses as to why she hasn't reached out. I ask for specific information and she has never sent me any information. She reverts the conversation to her personal issues never answering my questions. The house is supposedly under contract, but I have never gotten any true confirmation from Toni. Is the house actually under contract? I have no idea. I have no idea about anything as she never gives me any info. She also has never even asked for my phone number or emai

Blake is great. We could not get other realtors in the Livingston area to call us back. We stop and met Blake one day and liked him. We find our cabin on line one day and we saw it the next day and made an afford and got it the same day. Blake was a big help. Thanks Blake for our cabin in the woods. Ray and Gerda
