They run a very dated business. Incompetent and entitled property managers, only hiring people they know to do work and never taking bids for better prices on contracts and the result is our dues going up for subpar work, high transaction fee for paying HOA dues online, Pamela can’t even use email correctly so half the people in our building don’t get notified of important things. If she even responds at all. I’m still waiting on a reply from 6 months ago. They’re incredibly rude when you call to ask them questions they’re responsible for answering or addressing and their canned response is “that’s an owner expense” whether it is or not. But, they get paid either way so it’s easy for them to do nothing and collect their 10%.

Property Solutions has been working with our building for at least 14 Years! The board is happy with how quick and responsive they are. We mainly deal with Kim Dorl and couldn’t be happier! The cost is sooo low for the value and assurance they provide! Definitely give them a 5 star rating!!!! Thank you for the amazing work you do! And the speedy response! Look forward to continuing to work with you guys!

Perhaps the thing that made me most excited about moving was being done with this company. If they think you might have broken some random rule, they’re all over you, but generally unresponsive. We had to follow up on how to pay for a special assessment that was supposed to be charged to the owners over time. Will not miss dealing with Pam. I’m assuming they must be cheap as others are saying - and you get what you pay for.

Jeannie Dorl doesn’t respond to emails and Kim Dorl keeps her employed through nepotism. Rather than responding to genuine concerns, Kim prefers whataboutism; attacking you for what she perceives that you’ve done wrong. I would not recommend property solutions Chicago to anyone for their condominium.

I have to express how grateful I am for the assistance from Jeannie and Kim Dorl in the sale of my unit in Edgewater. Their commitment to their clients is astounding and easily sets them apart from any of their competition. I will be referring their company as often as possible!
