The team at Property Liquidators has always handled all of my property needs. They are fast and efficient each time I call. It’s real simple, I pay my rent on time and they don’t bother me.

I believe that property liquidators are a great company. I'm currently renting one of there many properties going 5 years. Everyone that's I met are really nice considering what's happening in the USA they where nice even before Covid hit. They respect your privacy. They do not just show up, if they do the tenant had have to call them to fix something. I have not experienced anything bad from Property liquidators.

I’m was just reading the reviews on here. I’ve rented from this management before some years ago. I can’t say I had a bad experience I really loved my condo it was really nice & the office staff was very helpful. However I did have a bill that I had to pay when I left as I had a daughter & grandkid that didn’t understand property damages so I had to pay for the damages, what I didn’t like is I was charged for the garage door were as the parking area other people will park in your driveway (very narrow) & probably hit my garage door, but other then that if they would allow me to rent again I most definitely will without my daughter lol, as it’s just me now! But I will definitely & have recommend them to others!

Do not do business with company Owner Jim was rude and racist. After realizing i was black and looking up my address his (demeanor) and (Tone) changed became very rude. I’m almost seeming racist If your African American this not the place for you they will low ball you on your properties

Great portions and friendly service, the cook even come out on occasion to make sure ur enjoyed and satisfied with your meal. Grab an alcohol beverage or meet up with people and enjoy the atmosphere and dining together or by your self.
