I just had my kidney shaped inground pool demo and I am very pleased with the outcome. Liberty Property LLC. was quick to come out and give me a quote, A RESONABLE QUOTE! My biggest concern was removing the pool without damaging the existing concrete surrounding the pool and Glenn did just that. The concrete guys were very happy to cap it with concrete as Glenn made their work very easy to complete. I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of work done. They were quick and clean. So I want to start this off by saying that I don't usually do any reviews. I'm just not that type of person. But I definitely want to leave a review for Liberty Property Management. Reason being is I've worked with them for years now. I was with them for a good three or four years, a couple, few years ago. But I ended up moving because of work and things like that. And I came back in the area and the first person or the first company I called was Liberty Property Management. We experienced a death in the family and among the many issues to resolve was a 50-year-old mobile home. Following a clean out of all items and attempts to sell, demolition was the only recourse. Glenn Miller of Liberty Property Management was contacted along with three other businesses. He was patient, professional, skilled in communication, quite reasonable in cost, and had excellent suggestions. The guidance we received in this unchartered venture made it easy to select Liberty to handle the demolition. We signed an easy-to-understand estimate stating all work to be done. Recently moved to Florida and had two properties up here I wanted to keep, but didn't really trust anyone to maintain them and act on my behalf. After I tested one company and found out I was being charged for unnecessary repairs and repairs that were never actually completed I came across Liberty Property Management. After speaking with Renee I was truly amazed and impressed. I loved how knowledgeable she was and her compassion was beautiful. I want to personally thank Renee and Glenn. They have been extremely professional in every aspect of their promises and fulfillment of my expectations. I had searched numerous other property management companies and was mortified by most. One in particular was Property Boss which tried to entice me by slamming Liberty Property management. They had to many doors that they couldn't seem to manage so how would they manage my property? Liberty Property management was able to meet my budget and quite literally did more than I could afford at the time due to COVID related issues. I have never had to wait for a response to a question.
