We met Mel Gorski at an open house we went & lucked into one of the best realtors you could have asked for. She was responsive and helpful, reaching out occasionally but never bombarding us when we told her we weren’t quite ready to look. When we did find a house we were interested in, there were none of the usual platitudes or sales tactics. She supported us through the process with no pressure and I truly felt she was in our corner, not just looking out for her commission. We feel so lucky to have found a realtor who truly brought value to our purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again in the future!

Not sure about the rest of the team, but if your realtor's name is Alvia Rios, I would RUN - unless you want to work with someone who's new to the industry and has no idea how things work. You'll definitely get the short end of the stick and are better off going somewhere else. She'll just try to sell you a house and will not care if it's a good fit for you or how it will affect your family.

I called because I want them to remove me from their mailing list. It’s only garbage...I don’t need nor plan to buy a property. Please stop wasting resources
