Overall, I’ve had a great experience visiting family here. The building is beautiful, well maintained, and the amenities definitely give luxury living. Besides the occasional elevator situation, everything else has been smooth. I especially want to recognize Jackelin — she is always on point. She’s professional, helpful, and consistently goes above and beyond to assist residents, especially with packages and general support. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really make a difference in the day-to-day experience here. After seeing the level of service and upkeep, I may seriously consider moving here once my lease is up in June.

Whenever an issue comes up, he addresses it promptly and makes sure everything is handled thoroughly and correctly. Beyond his technical skills, he is courteous, approachable, and respectful with residents, which truly makes a difference in our day-to-day experience. It’s very reassuring to know our building is in such capable hands. His dedication and strong work ethic do not go unnoticed. We are very grateful for everything he does!

She knows almost everyone by name. The building is very well maintained, the amenities are great, and the east-facing units have an amazing city view.
