I recently moved out and no long living in one of M&Ms buildings. I loved my unit and it was such a bitter sweet moment the day I moved out. I let Ed know as soon as possible that I would be moving out. The whole process was easy .. I moved out early January and Ed let me know that I would still have to pay rent for the month of February. Which I did agree upon signing my lease . But back in March of last year I had pretty severe damage to my ceiling in the dining room due to a leak from the roof . The paint layers literally fell off the ceiling and was exposing even worse cracks in the wood. I ended up keeping a bucket on the floor cause it was raining for multiple days on end .
