Bought a nightmare property in April of this year thanks to Ryan Anderson, the seller's agent. The upstairs tenant had shaky finances, which he knew, leaving me with 5 months of unpaid rent and a serious legal headache that continues even now. My closing was delayed a week because of his own financial woes. As a tenant of this building I bought, he also trashed the place before leaving it with damaged walls, broken light fixtures, and piles of his furniture and junk I had to clean up after him. He never returned the garage opener and I was forced to replace the whole system at a high cost. He still owes 4 months of unpaid rent and is misrepresenting himself to even the Sheriff that 'he no longer works at the Bucktown location' to avoid responsibility and receiving court papers. This isn't
AVOID COURTNEY KENNEDY. She is extremely unprofessional. I toured a property 3 days ago and submitted my application within 24 hours of the showing. She had completely ignored my texts after our showing (although she told me that she would be available via text following our tour) She recommended that we had a cosigner with our application and we actually submitted with not one, but TWO cosigners to ensure our application is approved. However, when I finally got a hold of her (after being transferred 3 times), she told me that our application was not approved (although we had not received a letter or any info regarding this) and the reason for our denial being our credit scores (which she said should not be a problem given we have a cosigner and that we are 4th year medical students). when I called The number listed on a property, the lady was so condescending before I could even schedule a tour. she spoke as if she KNEW I didn’t meet the requirements and even after stating my credit score and income (which is predatory just for a viewing) she STILL didn’t want to schedule a tour and vaguely said she’d check her calendar and call back. I call the office and was transferred to another women who immediately hung up after saying hello… I couldn’t even say hello back before I hear the click. I call the office back and ask for a manager she sends me to a Joe, who is just as fishy as the first lady. they act as if they do not want anyone renting the place. when u look on the Zillow listing, you see 232 contacts have been made to them and not one application…I wonder why….th
Robert is an exceptional realtor. I am a home inspector and I recently performed an inspection for his client that fell through because of the defects that I had found. Many realtors would have been disappointed because of the thoroughness in my inspection report, but also because I kept my clients informed while doing the inspection.Robert contacted me a second time to perform another inspection for a different house and same client. In the end the clients were really happy with him and my service because we had their back. Robert is a patient realtor and demonstrates caring for his clients. I’m impressed.
**update** I still can not get a straight answer on policy from the Manager at your location. When a property is put under contract, do you have to list the property as contingent or pending sale? You're agent and Manager are both avoiding the question. Found a house that I liked on the 30th of May. Put in an offer on the property, the offer was accepted that day. Had to go back and forth with the seller's agent a few times in order to get the paperwork for the contract signed on the 2nd of June. Your agent never placed the property on Contingent status. The contract stated that it had a 7 day attorney review and on the 9th 7 days later the contract was canceled for no reason. Your agent has terrible communication and bad practices. When asking your agent what is going on with the proper
