Promenade at Uptown Apartments

I'm here to tell you that this apartment complex, the staff, Maintenance are wonderful. I moved here January 17th of this year and I'm so happy to call this place my home. Josh, Elijah, Jason and the other Maintenance guys are on it. I deal mostly with Jason and before I moved here I read so many wonderful reviews about Jason and they are all true. Wonderful caring and reliable, prompt and respectful Maintenance man Jason is. Josh is wonderful. My apartment is clean. It's very quiet here and the neighbors are very friendly. Nice lobby to hang out in if you're looking to get away from your apartment. I feel like I'm on vacation every time I step foot in the lobby. It's clean. The patio area and pool area very clean. Our move-in experience has been excellent from start to finish. The office staff has been incredibly welcoming, helpful, and professional every step of the way. Through it all, Josh and the team have been amazing—responsive, friendly, and truly committed to making this a smooth transition. I was in town visiting family for Thanksgiving and wanted to highlight how great the maintenance team was. Jason and the team were very responsive to a request we submitted and handled everything promptly and professionally. Thanks guys!

I was staying as a guest with my sister and had an issue with the AC unit. My sister contacted the maintenance team and I was impressed by how quickly Jason responded. He was so professional, friendly, and respectful of the space. The problem was resolved efficiently, and he made sure everything was clean and in order before he left. I really wanted to write this review because I was so impressed by the quick & professional response. It really made a difference in my stay. Thank you for the excellent service!

Elijah was a great tour guide. However, this is a very low quality apartment complex. If you are looking for the place where you’ll pay the least, this may be for you. There is no in room laundry and apartments are outdated and in need of a serious remodel. Grill area was disgusting and the complex generally is in disrepair.
