I’ve had a great experience living at Promenade Las Colinas. I submitted a maintenance request today and the response was almost immediate. The maintenance technician arrived quickly, was professional, and took care of everything efficiently. He replaced the battery in my smoke alarm, unclogged my sink, and even removed lint buildup from inside the dryer. It was clear he cared about doing the job right and making sure everything was working properly before he left. Fast, thorough service like this makes a big difference.
