Promenade at Edgewater Apartments

Went there looking for an apartment, they gave me a full tour of the complex, I didn't even have to wait. Angela was super nice & professional, Everyone was very nice & hopefully I'll be moving in there soon! Travis had a new AC installed for me they had it done within 2 hours wonderful people great job great place to live. Travis is always helpful! I had some issues with the apartment in the past, but most of the issues have already been addressed and fixed and the last issue was my kitchen which they ordered me brand new cabinets and countertops for the kitchen and pictures will be posted once they arrive and are installed. I'm happy to say I will be renewing my lease at promenade at Edgewater. I love my new kitchen it's amazing and what a difference they got it all done in a 9-hour peri

Bernadette went above and beyond helping my father secure an apartment…even after dealing with several computer glitches…she made it happen 👍 Her knowledge, patience and compassion will never go unnoticed. I made a friend ❤️ Shout out to Larry in maintenance! He knows what he’s doing and is very much appreciated as well! Travis was very efficient in taking care of after move-in issues and repairs that were needed. Thank you to the entire team!

Firstly, I'd want to say how EASY this process has been, I have actual whiplash because moving and doing anything nowadays seems to be a pain 😅 But Kiera and everyone at the office clearly knows how to get the ball rolling and have been super friendly and communicative. I haven't moved in yet but I have everything lined up and ready to go very soon and I can't wait!

One can't live anywhere better — Considering the location of Promenade at Edgewater is convenient to everything you need - it's hard to find a better place. One huge perk for me is the proximity to what I think is one of the best place in Pinellas county to go for a relaxing, quiet walk on Pinellas trails which is within a 10 minute walk. Maintenance issues are taken VERY seriously and handled swiftly by a very professional and courteous staff . Amazing Property — I love living in Dunedin the staff went above and beyond in having my keys for my lovely apartment.,Angela and Alesha are fantastic. They made sure I had a apartment available and the staff keep the property in great condition.

Bernadette is fantastic to work with. She is pleasant & helpful. She has always treated my brother Ed with respect & kindness while he lived here. He is moving today & I, his sister Rileen, is helping.
