I have been a resident for a little under two years and never missed a payment and tried to be a quiet decent resident. Apparently the shitting off alll residents for hours several days a week, leaving sever loud generators running and closing off dozens of parking spots leaving residents to become victims of a tow company, flooded walkways, dirty hallways which they don’t repaint they just throw a sign up and say don’t fall, isn’t as important as there focus on a shelf in my apartment. They have been sending emails to the wrong person who’s elderly and sickly discussing being evicted if not removed in seven days along with a five year old child. Twice have they attempted to remove the significant mold in the vents, walls, doors and ac but seem to have a significant issue. If you have any

I want to recognize Mayke for his outstanding work in maintenance. He is the only maintenance team member who consistently shows up early every day to collect the trash and keep the area clean and organized. His dedication and work ethic truly stand out. Maikel is amazing — always polite, respectful, communicative, and highly professional. He takes pride in what he does and makes sure everything is done the right way. You can always count on him to keep the environment clean, safe, and running smoothly. He is a reliable and hardworking person, and any team would be lucky to have him. Highly recommended.

We’ve had a great experience living at Macalpine Place. The maintenance team is truly excellent. Responsive, reliable, and caring. A special mention to Mayke, who fixes everything quickly and always with a great attitude. It makes such a difference to live somewhere where issues are handled promptly and professionally. Highly recommend.

Melissa and Louis are so sweet. They’re the best. Any complaints Or concerns that I have the address ASAP. They even sat down with me and went over my Leasing agreement, I didn’t understand they went through the whole thing with me explained everything they always have smiles on their faces and willing to help. I love them so much they’re great people.

Mayke is the best maintenance person ever ! He's always very gracious and very professional. He explains what happened, how he's going to repair it and explains the end result. He has repaired our leak, fan, bathtub, air conditioning and heat. If he sees me carrying garbage he will stop on the golf cart and take it. What can I say, he's the BEST ! Thank 💜 you Mayke.
