The pest control technician came by and did an excellent job. He was efficient, thorough, and quick. He also left the appropriate sticky traps for the silverfish, which was reassuring. I’m very pleased with the service.

I had such a wonderful experience touring Dunedin Commons with Jessica. Even though we ultimately chose an apartment community closer to Seminole to be near my parents, I still wanted to share how amazing she was. From the moment we met, Jessica was warm, friendly, and genuinely personable, you can tell right away that she is just a good-hearted person. She answered all of my questions thoroughly, kept communication clear and consistent, and really made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The community itself is beautiful, the grounds are well-kept and everything felt very clean and inviting. I’ve been living here almost three months. This place is awesome. The entire staff here is amazing. Special shout out too Jessica and McKenzie! These ladies are top-notch. The maintenance guys get things done quick when you do have issues and our community is one big family. Do you wanna know what’s crazy? I moved here site unseen! Sure, I did virtual video of the apartment, layout and stuff, but I never came here. I have absolutely no regrets. It’s pretty fun. So if you’re thinking about moving to the area, I would definitely consider living here especially, if you’re looking for a fresh start, community living type vibe for 2026 and beyond.

This is a well managed and maintained property. We've lived here two years now. The pool is beautiful, always clean, as are the other common spaces like the gym. Shout out to Tony and the maintenance team for their hard work and great attitude. It's a family atmosphere here. Cheers to the entire staff!

My partner met with Jessica on a nice Sunday to look at the property and see if it would meet our needs. My wanted to take a moment to thank and recognize Jessica for her consummate professionalism. She showed us the gorgeous property, explained the benefits of the locality, and gave her personal touch with her own lived experience of being at the property. I say professional because little touches like warning us were to step if we approached a curve, being conscious of our shoe selections for determining our walking path, and ask if cleaning agents in some of the units could irritate our allergies.
