If i could give 0 stars i would. This company became the property manager for my rental unit after acquiring the business from my previous property manager. They don't reply to emails, dont answer phone calls, they are consistently late with remitting my monthly rent payments, and they charge for repairs without sending receipts or any information about the issues no matter how much you ask because they dont respond. My property manager quit without notifying me and i have no idea who my new property manager is and in the event someone actually answers the phone they tell me they dont know who can send me my money. This is the worst company ive ever dealt with and they'll likely be hearing from my lawyer. Avoid at all costs

Albin was super helpful and easy to coordinate with when I needed some major drywall repairs after a leak into my unit. The technician Augusto did a great job replacing quite a bit of damaged drywall and came back out a few days later to sand, patch, and paint. I would definitely recommend them!

Proinvest is the property manager for my condominium in Lakeview East in Chicago, IL. Our representative Alanna has been completely unresponsive on emails and calls regarding a refund for a flooding incident that occurred nearly 6 months ago. Our building has also not received proper snow removal following several weather events this past season, and in general seems like a very low priority for the manager. I would suggest that any smaller sized association looking for a property manager does NOT use Proinvest as they have been no help to us.

We’ve had a fantastic experience with ProInvest. We’d highly recommend them to other HOAs - ask for John Boyle to be your building manager - he is the best - always available and super responsive. Thanks for everything!

As a small condo association, I highly discourage anyone from using ProInvest. When we decided to end our contract with them, they did not properly transition everything over to us. They did not notify vendors that we were taking over. One result of this is our ComEd account was still tied to ProInvest so they were getting our bills instead of us. Also, when we contacted ComEd to get the account in our HOA name, ComEd retro dated the start date our HOA account which led to a refund to ProInvest. (I told ComEd the money was ours as ProInvest had the account linked to our HOA checking account.). ProInvest has gone silent in responding to me about obtaining our ComEd refund that was sent to them in error. They also did not have our city water account changed to our name, etc. Completel
