We recently purchased a home built by Progressive Builders. Overall, we are very happy with the quality of the home—it feels well built, clean, and thoughtfully finished. During the final walk-through, the Pro Builders representative took the time to go through the house with us and our agent, carefully explaining details we might need to know and reviewing all of the warranty paperwork to ensure everything was in order. The only issue we noticed is that a few wall and ceiling joints have less-than-perfect mud and taping work. These areas are minor and not in highly visible places, but worth noting. Overall, Progressive Builders delivered a solid home, and the buying experience was smooth and well-supported.

Three years ago we bought our new construction Progressive Build. This is our first home, of course we were thrilled. Well, that didn’t last long. We have had SO MANY issues, and new ones being noticed daily. Sharp staples on the edging of the carpet which my children have caught and bled from, nails popping out EVERYWHERE in the wall because they did not correctly mud over it. Our wood cabinets are peeling, we have this weird air draft going up a set of stairs that you can feel as you walk up and down. As our house was settling we had our 1 year walk through and they did nothing, put filler in the cracks and told us it was our responsibility to sand and there has been so much more. This company is not willing to help/doesn’t answer phone calls from homeowners. It is very disappointing as

Cheap quality builders looking to squeeze all the money out of your pockets. We have lived in our home build by Progressive Builders since 2021. Called them many times to come out and repair leaks coming from our vents in the bathroom, lights that went out in a matter of months (the first year living in the house), cracks in the walls and so on. In our first year of living in our home, the wood from the cabinets/island started splitting. We had called then to replace them and thankfully they did. They found the cheapest laminate, cheapest light chandeliers, cheapest carpet, cheapest cabinets and so forth so they can gain the most money from you. No quality what so ever. We have had to redo many things in our home 3 years living into it. Many contractors (at least 3) came by and said how is

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Denny across multiple transactions. He builds affordable housing in local communities, and we appreciate his contribution. Every experience with Denny has been professional, efficient, and marked by clear, consistent communication. He is a reliable and respected builder, and our team looks forward to working with him every time!

I would never bought a Progressive Home if I would have known about how they built it. There were 2 builders in our development. I have walked through the other builders homes after 2 years and saw minimal work like the normal wall cracks and nail pops. My home after 2 years ( Progressive Home Builders only warranty after 1 year only.) I have still cracking massive amount of nail pops and parts of my ceiling falling. I have called and no response. Plus they don't care. It is after the one year fix. I would have bought a S.W. Wold home before a Progressive Home. S.W. homes stink but Progressive Homes are worse. So, if you find out it is a Progressive Home? Run.
