On my first day, the water heater failed, which initially had me concerned. However, Briggs went above and beyond to address the issue. Within just an hour, a plumber was on-site to assess the situation. While speaking with him, I mentioned that the water smelled slightly like rotten eggs initially but quickly cleared up. To my surprise, the plumber took my concerns seriously and reported it back to Briggs Property Management. I rent from them at their Clearwater building. I haven't had much interaction with the company but the contact I have had has been very positive and helpful. They are extremely good at communicating any thing happening in the building. You really don't notice anything they maybe doing which I think is a good thing just like the saying "no one notices when everything is going to plan" Rent increase was minimal and you get a good bit of value for the monthly rent. Free Internet is a nice bonus. Earlier this year the old rent system increased the fees renters would pay. The briggs company did the right thing for the renters and took time to find a low fee and convenient way to pay rent. Not many other companies would do that. For the past year, I have been renting from Briggs Properties and recently renewed my lease. I am thoroughly satisfied with the property, amenities, and the amiable nature of the staff. The units are modern and well-maintained.
