It’s been over 4 years of working with Bullseye Property Management and I must say it’s been a great experience. Matt Ebert and the Bullseye crew has not let our HOA down. We have never had an issue reaching him and he has our best interest in mind. we dealt with a tough owner situation two years ago that he navigated us through flawlessly and made sure our HOA was protected. He doesn’t just help the board of directors but he cares about the people. I remember him saying the board has this right but how would that be perceived by the other owners…it really made us think about what we were doing and we made the decision to change course. Bullseye does a great job managing their associations and working hard to keep the business aspect of the community strong. Their operations manager, Matt, is very helpful with navigating large projects. I have also noticed that he is motivated by creating long lasting relationships with the community and its board members. I have also worked closely with two of their association managers, Kristina and Brittany. They are both highly invested in the success of the communities they manage and are great communicators!
