They kept money of ours because they made an accounting error on our account. They switched "owners" and we still receive an email every month about our account being tens of thousands dollars behind in payments. Phone calls never get answered and good luck receiving a call back if you leave a message. The properties are "as is" which means they do very little to maintain it. When we initially moved in, we had to do lawn care immediately and yard work of dead/overgrown plants because they allowed previous tenants to leave it a mess. When we called about our fridge breaking it took over a year to replace and the one we eventually received had a "take home today" sign on it. The list goes on and on, these are just a few examples of the poor management as renters.

Ironic that they don't allow pictures to be added to their reviews. I documented with pictures how clean we left the apartment, compared to when we moved in....we left it a lot cleaner. We had to scrub everything before we could even move our stuff in. It was gross. The tiny apartment we rented from them was totally not worth the 1000$ price tag. They didn't replace the dryer we asked for months to be replaced. And on top of everything when we moved out and scrubbed the house, (I clean for a living) they accused us of leaving it a mess and refuse to pay us our deposit back. I would NEVER recommend this rental agency, not even to my worst enemy.

Horrible business ethics. Charge too much. Don't care for the people. Wouldn't recommend to someone I hated even. The property was in horrible care when we arrived and we left it in better condition. Yet, even with photographic proof, they refuse to return our deposit, claiming we left it a mess. I clean for a living and know it was cleaned better then when we arrived.

They go based off of what works around their schedule instead of interested tenants. The listing my fiancé and I are interested in won’t be available until December. Piss poor company.
