Morgan was our Closer. From the first contact she was responsive and got every thing set up and done in a timely fashion so we could close on time. Our Loan Officer complimented how quick she was to respond to him as well. Since we chose to sign in the Daleville office, Jennifer actually explained the documents and notarized them for us. She was thorough and easy to understand. Overall a great experience with a great team.

We worked with Morgan and Kendal during our house closing and needles to say it was the worst experience ever. We are also not new to closing on houses. First of all, Kendal stated that we were set up with a remote notary to meet with us on a certain date and time. We didn't find out until the morning of our appt that we actually had no appt that was ever set up. The notary system was down and they did not bother to make other arraignments for us. Also Morgan stated that we would need to now find our own mobile notary or wait to see if the system comes up in time for closing, so in other words our closing date will be pushed out.
