Cedar Ridge Apartments

I have lived here for over 2 years, and it feels like home. Solid W/D in unit. Good dishwasher and kitchen appliances too. Efficient central air and heat. Noise bleed from adjacent apartments exists but is comparatively minimal. Neighbors are calm and respectful. Parking is tight but more than acceptable. I have had 1 problem with my water heater. Lori, the new property manager, was on it immediately. Kenny, the maintenance guy, came and fixed it like a boss. Staff is incredibly polite and responsive. Cave Spring is a smart choice, and Cedar Ridge is a great deal.

Under new management and has been a decline in care/maintenance of property and condition of property. Lawn care services are now performed by maintenance rather than professional lawn care service. Areas previously maintained have high grass and no trim up work and parking lots no longer blown off of debris and grass. Very limited parking. Issues with long term tenants in buildings. Apartment living comes with some level of noise however experienced high level of noise. Carpeting in stairwells leading to apartments are extremely dirty. Mold issues and insect problems.

Not a bad place looks wise but the property manager is very difficult, Unprofessional and disrespecting. If you want everyone to watch every move you make then this would be heaven for you. Very nosey community

Great place to be! Would definitely recommend this place! Property manger was helpful and respectful! A place you can definitely call home!
