Do yourself a favor and do not move here the lease office is unprofessional they neglected the fact that I had mold in my home they tried to manipulate me into thinking that it was mildew and did not come to look at it until I call the property owner. They don't clean the property there's always trash and shingles from the roof. At one point we had rotting grubs on the first floor for weeks that smelled awful and attracted flies. They even got into people's homes. It wasn't taken care of for weeks until my neighbor called the property owner (who is obviously the only person that does anything) Most of my neighbors had mold or had some sort of leaking there was always issues and it took me to call the property owner for there to be anything done about the mold because the property manager A

One star because we went to meet someone to look at it, they called and said they would be there by 4:15 and then called at 4:15 saying it would be another 20 minutes and then called and said they weren't able to make it. The scheduled meet time was 4.

Dallas, funny when I look outside at the pool, it's almost always empty. When do you see......."all of these non residents". And if you do see one, could they be a guest of someone who lives there? For the real truth, the pool stays almost empty.
