Mike is by far the best in the area, he is very patient, kind, and willing to work with you. The details that Mike gives you on your potential home are very clear, and super easy to understand. As a first time homebuyer, I still had some questions. Mike was more than willing to take time out of his weekend evening to go over my questions and make me feel at ease with this purchase. I was very impressed with the way Mike went above and beyond on our home inspection. We had concerns with moisture in the basement, and he volunteered to meet my husband at the house the next day to double check something, and then volunteered to meet him again 2 days later when it was supposed to be raining. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and wants to make sure they are comfortable with the investment they’re about to make in purchasing a home. I have used Priority First for two home inspections on homes in Wintergreen. We've bought and sold ten homes during our life so we are familiar with inspections and Priority First was the best! Mike was exceptionally responsive to meeting our needs to get us to closing. He was very thorough and was able to note issues with the homes and identify if they were areas of small maintenance or something that needed to be fixed.
