Princeton west apartments

We have lived here for a year and our experience has been very positive. This has been mainly due to Kristy, the property manager: from the day we remotely signed our lease, we have found Kristy to be particularly efficient and responsive. She has also been unvariably empathetic and courteous. Thanks, Kristy! We like our unit and the complex in general a great deal. The location of the complex is another noteworthy benefit.

Two stars for the kindness of the maintenance techs, excellent location, and affordable price. Management is extremely ineffective at best and neglectful at worst. Examples below. TLDR: broke heater, two major water leaks, faulty handrail, millipede infestation all within a year My husband and I loved this apartment—we lived in the contemporary models, not colonial—for the first six months, despite the small fridge and freezer. The second half of the year? Not so much. The property manager was on site, and maintenance was so responsive until they moved all the managers to a central location. My grandma has lived here my WHOLE life so I have a lot of info to spill so get ready! I’d say from what part she lives in decent neighbors but one upstairs made a huge leak that dyed the ceiling brown, The out door decor is not much but the have a really nice gazebo that I LOVE! I believe that they also have a mail place I haven’t been there to much though, They have a pool but I don’t know much because we never got the pass to go in, I’d say the layout is pretty nice but I think there are multiple so I don’t have much on that, That’s all I hope this review helped/helps, bye!
