Princeton Pines

I love living here! This will be my second year living in Princeton Pines Village and it’s genuinely been the most peaceful place. First off, everybody is so nice. Maintenance is VERY on top of things and very helpful and they work very hard. They’re always coming to our aid whenever we need anything, usually same day! The people who work at the front desks are super friendly as well, I’m always greeted with a smile. All of my neighbors are super friendly and super caring. Princeton village is also conveniently in range of everything, driving wise. Theres a beautiful skate park and community area just up the road from us. You’re also just outside of the Old Port and not too far from the highway either. I think that is extremely important, as someone who is always on the go and doing somet

I just moved in, and I could not have asked for a better experience. The staff were accommodating to my needs. I had 2 small items on my inventory checklist, and maintenance was here within an hour to address the issues! If my first week is any indication of how this will go, I will be very very pleased!

I’ve only been here 5 months but I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with this apartment complex. The office staff is extremely friendly. The maintenance staff is over the top amazing, they come super fast to fix any problems (even helped me jump start my car!). I’ve had no noice issues, the walls seem to be pretty thick. Overall I am very very pleased with Princeton Pines!

This has been my first apartment, me and my now fiance moved in back in 2021 and just re-upped our lease for the second time. The people who live here are pleasant, the staff has been wonderfully accommodating, and their maintaince crews are fantastic. It's just around the corner from where I work and local to everywhere I would want to travel. There was a errant roach problem when we first moved in but they were able to clear it up within the first couple of weeks from our move in. Great people, good accommodations, plus a pool in the summer, and a gym to use whenever I can find the time makes it well worth the price to live here. Thanks for your time, Brian C.
