Nightingale Apartments

An amazing place to live nearby downtown with all the required amenities in community itself. The management is quite active with their service and support. Ethan is really a great property manager and I have to admit it has been wonderful stay at Nightingale and I have enjoyed my stay over the last one year. Thanks Ethan, for organizing events periodically to keep tenants involved and make their stay more excited. Stay in touch and connected!!

I love it here. Newly renovated building, super equipped apartments with the best views over the city and Casco Bay. Rooftop inside and outside with plenty of space completes the deal. Great price with everything included. Very personal and very well managed. West end, best loaction. Everything within walking distance. Thanks to Ethan and Simone.

A WONDERFUL place to live. Ethan is a truly amazing property manager - he is very kind, understanding, helpful, patient, and attentive to resident needs. The building is fully equipped with a state of the art gym, amazing roof deck, pool table / games room, and library. I also loved the security features of the building that Ethan installed - it truly sets the building apart in the neighborhood for being so safe! I also loved the plethora of small businesses in the building courtyard. I would rate this building over 5/5 stars if that was possible. If I ever move back to Portland - Ethan and Redfern will be my first call!

Truly can’t recommend this place enough. 1) Great staff | Ethan and Colby have both been fantastic. Colby was such a helpful resource during the application process and finding the right fit for us. Ethan has been an unbelievable point of contact to assist in my day to day living. He consistently makes himself available and goes out of his way to help me every time I reach out. 2) Amenities & Location | Great common area, beautiful rooftop, and a really impressive gym. Also walking distance from a wide variety of really delicious food. 3) Current residents | Maybe this is just Maine folks, but the residents at Nightingale are so kind & helpful and have made this feel like a home You should check it out. It’s great!

My wife and I moved in in November. The buildings just great. It has incredible amount of amenities from workshare space to a great gym to a beautiful rooftop deck. The apartments are great. They also have a lot of amenities, including washers and dryers. The building has a nice mix of people. The management team is responsive and very nice. I highly recommend this building.
