Malachi paid extra attention to the requests we had and learned enough about us to know things like even though we asked to see a property, it wasn’t going to be what we liked. He expertly negotiated the purchase of exactly the right home for us. Then he knew dog toys would be a better housewarming present than a bottle of champagne since he caught in a casual conversation that we don’t drink.
