I LOVE PRINCETON BRADFORD! as a former resident of this complex, i can say that this place was awesome for the time that i lived here, and it only got better was time went on. there were a few minor inconveniences, but the positives drastically outweigh them. i could literally drone on forever about how great the amenities are here. i have so many fond memories of this place, and i can’t recall too many bad memories in this complex. the day that i found out that i was moving away, my heart was broken. even to this day, my final day in this complex is one of the top 10 worst days of my life, because it was a place that grew on me, so leaving it was difficult. i genuinely miss this complex, and sometimes wish to return, even if just for a few minutes. thank you for everything that you’ve don

Princeton recently had a fire displacing multiple residents, those affected voiced their opinions across many platforms online and pointed out the neglect and lack of communication by the property management company. Sure Princeton sent an email acknowledging a fire happened happened; 48 hours later they sent another email outlining the new towing company they partnered with and how now there will be foot patrollers on the grounds scoping out cars.... Funny how that works huh. Those in office who see this post, no reply you make will convey viewers who come across my review, to sway their opinion on the absolute abysmal care Princeton has for their residents.

I've been at Princeton Bradford for only a few months and I have already had my mail stolen here. Don't bother reporting it to the leasing office because they could not care less about your concerns. Other tenants have thrown their own laundry in my already running washer to get a free wash on my tab, which is just insanity. People stay in their cars at all hours of the night and stare at you ominously as you walk to and from your car. Tenants in my building slam doors, scream, and stomp out in the hallways. The walls are paper thin, so everything can be heard. I have not felt safe here, but I am stuck in this place for a while. I am completely miserable here, so please please please deeply consider another complex because this ain't it.

I delivered a package to my brother’s address and come to find out the package was stolen just a couple mins after delivery The funny thing is, this isn’t the first time a package got stolen. I told Princeton and they said “email us after this happens again” Not only that, the intense smell of marijuana reeks the building; my brother has a 18 month old and this isn’t the environment they should be exposed to. Princeton is a poor excuse for a property management company.

Just had a nice tour of Princeton Bradford and very hopeful that we may be able to qualify for an affordable 2 br soon so my daughter with low muscle tone can get stronger in the pool there! Thank you kindly- Amy
