Princeton Apartments

I just moved In not even two months in yet and my bathtub first was water rising out of nowhere with dirt then my toilet started overflowing as well and it started doing that after 5 so it’s understandable but I called soon as they open because it’s been overflowing all night and morning had to constant clean up before it goes to the rooms because I don’t have nowhere to go with two babies at that and can’t leave because what happens if it damages my property because it was already flowing to my bedrooms and their literally right across and next to the restroom I haven’t used the restroom I took off work and I called again to see if their still coming and she declined my calls 8 times!!! I had to tell my mom to call her and she picked up the first ring!and it’s 2:15 as we speak me writing

Run. Run . I applied back in 2017 for the two bedroom two bath. The chubby spanish guy that was working at the time stole my entire deposit, admin fee and application money orders. I started to think that it was weird that the apartment complex didn't call me when it was almost time to move in, come to find out two days before it's time to move in the guy working stole my money I had to prove that I had the receipts to the money orders that I gave almost a month ago. Thank God I had them! From walking the complex I seen there is not alot of parking spaces.

I strongly suggest if you are looking to move here you better only have one vehicle! Or have $300 dollars just laying around. My husbands truck has been towed twice already due to limited parking! This is ridiculous! The apartment is only responsible to give us one parking spot which is understandable since the complex is small, but for the rest of us??? Where are we suppose to park? The Manager has way to many visitors parking and then adds 3 extra for maintenance guys! The rest of us have to fight for parking or park outside of the complex across the street, but then you run the risk of getting towed. The lucky part about our situation is that we have a close neighbor where we leave our car at night, but it's not fair that we have to walk back home, or that you have to make plans in the

Leasing? whatever the title of the lady who is answering the phone, doesn't have no clue what to answer when you asking her a questions. I asked her for a 2 bedroom and she response call me next week to see who has move out. I have one of my friend to call back just to see if she was going to get the same answer and she did it to her as well. I guess who ever is above her need to print out a availability report, for her to know what she has or going to have available, instead of having prospect calling her back on the end of each month and her sounding lost. She need to learn about the two important words ---Customer Service---what's that even mean? Wasting people time calling back and still don't have a good answer. poor lady need training so bad..

The apartments are upgrading and doing alote of changes so overall I like it here very quite place ive never had problems with insects or roaches or any of that kind of problem. The manager is real nice and humble great person cheap rent for a 2 bedroom.
