I took a chance on Primus Realty LLC, a small family-run business in North Carolina, and I’m really glad I did—they’ve been great to work with over the past several months. I’ve only worked with Saranya (realtor and property manager), and she has been professional, attentive, and very helpful throughout the process. I’ve seen some negative reviews, but it’s worth remembering that Primus is a small family-run company managing multiple properties—so it helps to be fair, patient, and willing to work together when things come up. I used Primus to rent a new home in Angier, NC. Saranya was easy to reach by phone and email, and she helped me work through lease terms, utilities, move-in dates, key pickup flexibility, and even a few hiccups with the online portal. My wife and I have been renting through Primus Realty since March of 2024 with minimal issues. The only issues we had were with HOA and had nothing to do with them whatsoever. Anytime we had something come up with the property we are renting - we were met with quick responses and resolutions making this a very pleasurable first-time rent experience for us where we are now raising our first child and have a second on the way. We are very grateful to have such leniency and deal with people who are understanding of unforeseen life situations that may arise. Again, we have absolutely loved our stay and hope to continue renting long term through Primus Realty!

We have had a great experience with Primus realty. They did a great job of finding a tenant for us and the contract process went smoothly. The staff are friendly and get back to questions quickly and efficiently. Easily accesible via email and text. They take care of maintenance requests on time. The service request staff are the best. I had a tree fall on the property and the man they sent over came while it was raining. He worked all day cutting the tree and taking branches down to the back of the yard.It was raining when he came and continued to rain all day, never saw home take a break. Excellent service and worker,Sakhi
