My boyfriend and I bought our first home with thanks to Samuel Hogan and Rebecca Riser. They were able to work with our income, and as a PhD student on a stipend it was difficult to find lenders that accepted my income. Sam was always responsive and quick to get back to us with any questions. Buying your first home can be scary and complicated but the team at PrimeLending made it easy to understand, and they were very upfront with all of our options. Sam was always available nights and weekends to write lender letters for making offers on houses last minute, which not all lenders will do, and can really make or break an offer. I believe we got the best mortgage package for our income situation all thanks to Sam!

We had a great experience with our loan officer Samuel Hogan and other team members through the process including Rebecca Riser. We had a tight timeline and unique situation but Sam and Rebecca got us great rates , kept us informed throughout the process and even helped out by extending our rate lock due to unforeseen delays getting final documents due to weather and courier delays. The team at Prime lending, Sam, Becca, and Kelly (the dream team); saved my mortgage and made it possible for me to buy a home!!!!!!! I am a student on Stipend pay and my original originator Bank Of America (BOA) left me high and dry two weeks prior to closing when they informed me they do not fund stipend pay loans....even though I had made my situation very clear to them, and they had given me conditional approval on two offers prior.
