Jessica, Thank you for all the help and support you have given me. I purchased a Multi Family Unit property! I’d like to say my closing process was easy but it definitely wasn’t. I was under contract for a few months and I had complications in and out with a previous lender. Through connections I switched lenders and god was my process so much better. Previous lender told me it would take more time to close and Pedro definitely beat that. I closed sooner then expected during the whole process with Pedro. He explained everything from start to finish, he accommodated all my needs, and gave me better rates. Overall Pedro did an outstanding job and I would totally recommend him!
