Good experience as a first time renter. They tell you to take pictures of everything prior to moving in. If something is wrong Dani is the best at finding a solution. I’m going through them for a second time. The first time I left because I couldn’t afford it anymore, but since then they’ve come out with more affordable units. I would recommend being the first to apply if you really want the apartment.

My landlord of 9yr decided to go through Prime Property 2 months ago and at first they were polite and decent. Now they have been nothing but beligerant, rude, condesending, insulting, and threatening. They blame us for things they were suppose to send contractors to fix, that never called or showed. Claiming it is on us for their repair people not calling, showing up, or doing their jobs and leaving work half finished. When confronted with anything they refuse to answer any questions and are verbally abusive. Would recommend people look elsewhere if possible. You will not be treated like a human from this company.

During a very traumatic experience at the Tulare Christmas Parade a lady letting herself into the place of business would not allow 3 children and 1 adult to seek shelter inside. What a terrible person you are. When your place of business is supposed to be "help families" find homes. Do better and be better!

I applied for an apartment and agency claims they could not contact renter for a month. A month went by and they told me that they should get the keys this week and will call me. I waited a the whole week and called back the following week. And got the same response once I got ahold of them. This went on for 3 months. I finally called one last time just for the exact same lady to tell me she has no idea where her notes are about my application and that someone has already been approved for that. Every single call I told them my name and the apartment address I applied for and have been waiting to hear from. None of those times did they ever reach out to me to inform me and they knew me by name. By no means was I ever rude, short or demanding with them. They were either very lazy or weren't

This place is unprofessional, I do not recommend it. My boyfriend and I had applied here 2018 trying to find a place, while we were on baby bonding time with our new born and for every location we had put in a request for they would tell us they would let us know the following week. Today I received a call from this place informing me that all the locations we requested/applied for were no longer available, but I drive by one of these locations everyday and the “for rent” sign is still posted. Luckily,a different place approved us for a better place and I felt like their application process was better than prime properties because we didn’t have to pay for the application til it got approved, processed and til we approved of the place.
