Been working with Total Property Management for 5 years and they have been great! Excellent bookkeeping, fair tenant management, and reasonable pricing. Highly recommended to rent from or manage properties.

We’ve rented through TPM for a year now and they have been incredibly kind to us as tenants. TPM responds quickly to any maintenance requests and keeps their properties well kept. Pretty much everything is handled over the tenant portal which is convenient for all parties. Tenants can also contact TPM via text and they respond quickly and professionally. Thank you TPM!

I had the pleasure of renting with this company for a year and 3 mos. Their application process was smooth, and easy. I was informed of every step until keys were handed to us. The ladies were very helpful and communicative at all times. Once we had keys, they allowed a time frame to point out any defects in the home for their records. When I gave my 30 day notice, it was as easy as entering it into an app. Payments are made easily via the app. I did pay my rent late the last month I was there because I was moving and forgot to do it timely- it was $100 late fee. The rent was also prorated to the date I left the property. My experience with this real estate agency was consistently frustrating. The process for viewing properties was unclear, and the agency repeatedly requested a full application be submitted before I had the opportunity to tour a home. This practice can have a negative impact on a potential renter's credit. Furthermore, direct inquiries were frequently met with directions to their website, rather than a clear and helpful response. Given these issues, I would advise prospective renters to exercise caution and recommend that property owners consider other agencies if their goal is to rent out their listings efficiently.
