Where do I begin?? I’m excited to start by saying that moving into these homes was the best decision we made as a family. From the convenience of all access points, great school district and the homes themselves!! A bathroom in each room WOW!! Now it might be a larger size of toilet paper but well worth it. Management team from day one treated us like family and continue to do so, quick responses to our needs, which are not many, because the homes were well built. We’re still here for those reasons, we were some of the first families to move into these homes and community in 2023, and will probably stay until the twins move out or get married! I can’t say enough about Preston Park Townhomes. From the property manager, to the homes layout, to the landscaping, everything has been amazing. They are also centrally located to town (mall, schools, dining) which is extremely convenient. I had an issue arise in my townhome, and they were there within days to fix it! I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

I don’t think I have to words to say about this place. I am the first review because this is a new neighborhood. Anyways I cannot thank Ally and Paul enough for what they have done for my mom, son and I. We got out of our previous lease due to terrible management and just all around neglectful maintenance. Paul fought for us and we are so appreciative. Of course you’ll have some kinks but they were fixed and minor things are being fixed. My mom and I are now in our forever home. The layout is absolutely beautiful. Our old 3 bedroom 2 bath was 1400 sq ft and this home is 2800 sq ft. Our dogs have room to runaround. There is 3 master suites. This praise goes out to Ally and Paul.

I was the first to move in to these townhomes and they are spectacular. I loved the open floor plan and the built in computer area for working from home. They quality is outstanding and the neighbors are friendly and welcoming. Above all the management property staff goes above and beyond and are so easy to work with. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for space inside the city and particularly people new to the area.

Great neighborhood
