Don’t go through Randy if you want to actually buy or sell a house with your own terms. My husband and I were in the market for a home about a year and a half ago. The house we originally wanted was for sale through Randy and we decided to place an offer. He then continually refused to give our offer to the owners. We went back and forth for about two months (which felt like forever when you’re a first time homebuyer) and the homeowners still had never received our offer. He also barely answered our realtors calls and questions. We finally went to go look at another house and decided that it fit our needs better. We placed an offer and everything worked out smoothly and perfectly. Randy shouldn’t be in the business of selling homes and in my opinion is a terrible realtor. Thanks for helpin

Contacted Randy to get information on a parcel of land for sale and it immediately felt like buying a used car from a car salesman. After receiving the information and contacting our realtor, we put an offer on the lot. Randy then had the nerve to get angry at us for contacting our own realtor. He tried calling and texting several times threatening to sue our realtor for "capitalizing on his efforts", basically taking his commission after his "efforts" helping us purchase this lot. There were no efforts whatsoever other than a simple phone call. Our offer was then sabotaged by Randy with the sellers and it never even went through. He is extremely rude and greedy trying to get the entire 6% commission from both the buying and selling end. He should not be in any people-business whatsoever.

Randy has helped us with many home purchases. He has been extremely patient with my requests. We are very grateful to have his help and would highly recommend.
