Boulevard at Lakeside

I’ve been living here for over 2 years now and I cannot think of a single problem I’ve ever had here! The staff and maintenance here are the most wonderful and respectful people I’ve met. Maintenance crew respond extremely fast whether it’s an emergency or a simple lightbulb. One morning my vehicle’s battery was dead and I had no way of getting to work, a maintenance man (I believe his name is David) spent over 30 minutes helping me jump my vehicle so I could get to work. Everyone here is so patient and sweet. I can’t see myself living anywhere else! They even put on community events and they bring the residence here closer together. It feels more like a family than an apartment complex. If I could give 10 stars I would !!

I've live at Boulevard at Lakeside since 2021. The staff are amazing. Professional and friendly. The maintenance crew are 2nd to none. I put in a work order and its done quick and thorough. I would recommend this community to anyone. My grandchildren call it Papa's village: and it is. Thank you all again.

Really organized and clean apartment complex . They are all easy to work with between office and maintenance . Great communication and outstanding work! Especially the maintenance people like David , he has made it a nice experience and one to look forward with every time!

I would do no stars if I could. **PSA PLEASE be careful, these units seem tempting until the rest of the fees are added and you realize it’s cheaper to just literally move to OKC. They can tell you whatever they think you’d like to hear to rope you into a contract that gouges you until the very end (we were there for a year & it came to about $16,000 for a 1 bed)** The model we looked at was completely different than the one we actually got. After vacuuming, it was clear the apartment wasn’t very clean before we moved our things in. The oven & proving drawer were still dirty (with crumbs, black stuff & dirt in both). There were little specks of white paint all over the wood floor that wouldn’t come up even after scrubbing for a year that gave the effect of a dirty floor 24/7. When we put i
