Midwest City Depot Apartments

My experience with MWC depot apartments was great but sadly came to an end. I’ve had nothing but a great experience for the past 4 years and would highly recommend to anyone. The move in/ out process was easy and fast. Kathy is very attentive and looks out for the safety of others. Steven the maintenance guy is always on top of things and keeps the apt looking great. Never had any issues with the neighbors, all very kind.

I was going to wait until the end of my lease to write a review but I couldn’t wait. I’ll just update it then. I’ve been here for a month now. Kathy made the move in process soOo easy and smooth. She is a sweetheart. The maintenance request I had were fixed within a day and done really well, thankyou Steven! The community is very chill, safe and quiet no issues with loud noises at night. Love this place!

As a military member, I found the rental price for these apartments to be solid. The maintenance and management personnel respond and fix issues within the week the issues are reported. I had a downstairs apartment that had 2 issues when I first moved in that maintenance fixed rapidly. 1. Bugs made it under the baseboards when I first moved in, so maintenance sealed the baseboards that week. There was not one single bug that entered the apartment for the following 2 years of my stay. 2. My ground-floor apartment used to flood whenever it rained, so management contracted out a company to lay concrete around the foundation to prevent flooding the week after I reported the issue. I called earlier to ask about a property and was very disappointed by the way I was treated. The customer service representative, Cathy, I spoke with was extremely rude and condescending—she actually scoffed at my question. I was simply trying to get information and did not expect to be met with such unprofessional behavior. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as it left a very negative impression. I chose not to pursue because of this experience.

I’ve only moved in for about 2-3 months. But my stay so far has been inviting. Kathy and Steven have been such a great help in getting myself settled and acclimated. It would be nice to have a gym of sort. Other than that, I like it.
