They have been so amazing and willing to work with me. My closing date has been pushed so many times and even though it wasn’t their fault they squeezed me in last minute (on multiple occasions) to make it happen. Misty was amazing at explaining everything, so kind, and I am so grateful she made this process as painless as possible! They genuinely care about people and it shows. It truly makes all the difference!

Update July 11th My portion of the contract was to be completed June 30th. This title company seemed unphased that June 30was here and my side hadn't been completed. But since I drove 20 hours round trip to get my portion completed on time....we suppose you can come in and wet sign part of your part. "BUT THIS IS NOT CLOSING" Two freaking weeks later ........STILL NO CLOSING. NO DATE FOR CLOSING NO WORD FROM BUYER.....NOTHING. One email from Chicago Title company about when the buyer would like to do closing and will they be paying cash or loan. FAFO Y'All are about to be sued for hardship and distress in regards to 2 weeks past contract and No Closing! I about to cancel the buy contract too. Their Life ss and the fake buyer eats all the costs up until now for this sham! _-----------

Absolutely amazing location. Beautiful lobby, comfortable, handicap accessible and very accommodating. Welcomed the second you walk through the door. 10/10 reccomend. All questions answered quickly. Information given prior to ever needing to formulate the questions to ask. Handles esign to prepare for physical copy signing to expidite the process for you.

We closed on the sale of our house and we were in and out in no time. They were very friendly and so helpful. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.
