I listed my property to sell with Kyle. I should have fired him when he showed up late for the first open house he held for me. After 2 weeks a buyer came forward with an offer. Kyle was well aware that the buyers wanted all my furnishings included and he never told us. He was not sharing everything he knew about the offer with us. Long story short we were forced to give all of our furnishings away for free. He is the worst possible broker on the planet. His response to all this was that he left that up to the lawyers. But he was suppose to be sharing everything he knew with his "client" and he did not do this because he was only looking out for his own personal interest.

Crystal is a really good realtor. She really helped us find what we were looking for. She communicated with us everyday to show she was still helping us. She also made sure our application would stand out from everyone else's. If we were not able to see an apartment she would go and take pictures and a video of it for us.
