My experience at Trail Loft I was basically scammed. My realtor takes me to the rental community brand new, obviously I fell in love with it, my realtor tells me it’s $130 each to apply I tell her I didn’t want to take the risk because my boyfriend has a criminal record (misdemeanors and petty theft in 2018) I leave and a couple of hours after I get a call from my realtor and Bettina (front office person) she convinces me to “take the risk” I went back the same day again I was VERY concrete and honest about his situation I even went as far as sending her his background that I had paid for from the police department. She tells me give us $130 money order for him and when we run him if he gets approved then we will runs your for the other $130 I agreed, I thought that was fair. I get a call

Prestige Builders Group deserves negative stars! In February of this year they contracted my company to have some concrete poured at a new construction. We got the job done in a timely fashion and they were happy with the work as we pride ourselves in doing good work. We have been given the run around for 7 months and still haven’t received any payment! We paid all our subcontractors for the labor done on the property and paid the cement company for the materials. It has cost us money to do work for this negligent and unprofessional company and everyone considering doing business with them should beware!

This company fraudulently charged by business debit card almost $3,000! I do not know who they are or what services they provide. I have never worked with or for them. I am not even in the same city. They do not answer the phones or return messages. Stay away.
