Maintenence of the property is excellent. Also when there is a maintenance problem they are right on it. Office staff is great and respectful, they are on top of things. I feel very safe living here with all the lights at night and security cameras.

This place looks ok from the out side there are alot of issues on the inside the management is awful they say 1 thing and do another and the the people managing the property managers don't care how safe the building are that people have to live in the lease states there is no lead or harmful materials our apartment tested positive for asbestos mold in the walls from old water damage that just gets painted over there is lead in the paint even with a lawsuit for the issues to be replaced they are not fixing things the way they shuld or the way I was told they are going to be fixed they treat people who live here like we are trash and we deserve to live in this dump

I moved out of here a few years back. This place is beautiful & mostly quiet. BUT it is also kind of mysterious. You will never see a soul outside on a Beautiful day. You rarely see children playing at the parks. The neighbors call the police for ANYTHING or call the Management staff to gossip. This is a Great place for Children to Live, unless you live next to the Old people who will complain & Try to get you evicted because they Don't like children, or they are Just Pain VINDICTIVE. The Management will listen to Rumors, but they will Never Listen to you. They will evict you for anything (Including parking in a different spot by accident).
