Preserve at Godley Station

This place is hell on earth. If I could give it -1,000,000 stars, I would. Where do I begin? There were so many problems I feel it would be easier to make a list 1) moved in and the sink was clogged, not that big of a deal 2) but then as we were moving in at the height of summer, we noticed our AC kept freezing. the physical AC unit would become covered in ice constantly. this was only the first of our AC problems. they would send maintenance people over to fix it, but it would just keep freezing. we never got to relax, we always were watching the thermostat. 3) trash. everywhere. all of the time. and there was no policing it ever. people wouldn't pick up their trash or their dog's poop ever. this place was filthy. it got to the point that I couldn't walk my dog in there anymore because h

I’ve had such a positive experience living here. The team I’m the office is kind and always willing to help, and maintenance is fast and respectful. The new property manager has really implemented a lot of great changes. The property is beautiful and well cared for. I’m thankful to live in a community where residents truly matter.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! New manager lied and does not care like she portray to. Received my keys 5 minutes before closing. Black mold in dishwasher, tub faucet leaked water for 7 days, Broken kitchen shelves, DIRTY RUSTED WATER, no repainting done at all! appliances old, no door knobs on two entrances, my daughter doesn’t want to stay here because of the gnats biting us all through the night ( NOT fruit flies), ROACHES ARE SO BAD! I have several bug traps and baits. Bug infestation, wasps, rolliepollies, spiders, bumblebees ( stung my friends child INSIDE THE APARTMENT, wasps have been found 3 times dead in the bed room) . I would strongly caution anyone considering a lease at Preserve at Godley Station. After living at the property for two years, I experienced multiple frustrations that I would not want others to endure. The most alarming issue was the constant staff turnover—nine times in two years—which led to poor continuity, shifting accountability, and little to no follow-through on promised improvements. Each new team blamed the last, and residents were left in limbo. Communication was virtually nonexistent. Phone calls and emails often went unanswered unless I physically walked into the office. Even then, asking basic questions seemed to be met with annoyance or passive gaslighting, making it difficult to get honest, helpful answers. The new property manager Heidi and her new staff are amazing. The property is in the best shape we have seen since we have lived here. They take good care of us and plan fun resident events. We are so happy at The Preserve.
