My fiancé and I worked with Amy Kaplan on finding our new apartment and she made it such a smooth process. Amy made our search quick and easy and helped us land in a place we're really excited about. Her honesty and guidance were much appreciated. Her knowledge of the Newton area was endless and she's super informative, answering questions we didn't even know we had! Amy was responsive, personable, and professional. She even sent us contact info for our utilities and gave us a list of all our local grocery stores and nearest pharmacy. And on top of everything, she helped us navigate through a very difficult situation with our previous landlord which she didn't have to do; it really showed her dedication to her clients and we will never forget that! I hope this is the correct company- Amol was the real estate agent. Completely misrepresented the property. I was looking for a 1 bedroom apartment in Watertown. On Tuesday I looks at it, and later that day agreed to the rental of this apartment. I completed the application on Tuesday night, sent work pay stubs on Thursday. I was contacted by Amol on Saturday that the landlord was reviewing applications on Saturday morning- this was the first time I was told about other applicants. Saturday evening I was informed by Amol that the landlord went with the other applicant. Totally falsely representing the property and misleading me through this process. Amy Kaplan helped me find the perfect rental for our family. We were moving from out of state but Amy made time when I was in the area, even if for a few hours. She had a great vision of where we should live with the kids and really helped us find the right location and the right home. Even after the contract was signed, she kept in touch to remind me of signing up for utilities and to let me know about happenings in the neighborhood which was so nice!
