Prescott Woodlands Apartments

I have loved living at Prescott Woodlands Apartments. Gurley Street is a fun address to have. Downtown is a short walk and access to nature and trails is a short 10-15 minute drive. I will miss the beautiful creek side view from my patio. The complex is local-family owned and operated. The owners take great pride in the property and are on site regularly. Anna the apartment manager is very kind, friendly and patient, while taking care of all the tenants. Maintenance is on site and available when needed. Common areas are cleaned and maintained regularly. I only had one maintenance issue in two year & it was resolved within 24 hours. Loved living here! Quiet, affordable, and conveniently located. The landlords are awesome. Maintenance requests were always responded to quickly. I’d recommend this complex to anyone looking for an apartment in Prescott!

Lived here for almost two years in a studio - the owners and office admin were all super sweet. The maintenance team does a great job whenever problems arises (which only happened once, and it was fixed promptly). The woodlands team always communicated very well about everything going on, such as property improvements, water shut offs, etc. This was also the first apartment complex I’ve lived in that had tenant appreciation days where they’d have a taco truck or coffee vendor come to the complex and give us free food or drinks! Overall, I’d highly recommend living at woodlands apartments.

I’ve been living here for a year now. I live in a studio which is way over priced for what it is. There’s laundry sites available on the property. It’s $2 to wash and another $2 to dry. There hasn’t been one time while doing laundry that the MACHINES STEAL MY MONEY. The washers and dryers always say coin error and won’t spit your coins back out. It’s very irritating having to hang every clothing item in my apartment to dry! No one should have to deal with this. And they’re aware of the issue but don’t fix:). Don’t live here.

I lived here for two years and I loved every minute of it. The entire team does an incredible job of making their residents feel safe and at home. Any issues with maintenance, laundry, or comfort is handled promptly, professionally, and politely. Any time I ever ran into Sully, Craig, or Shannon, I was greeted by name and, often, with a friendly conversation like we were old pals. My apartment was updated and the team makes an effort to keep the property clean and updated while still fitting into the beautiful woodlands it's named after. If you're thinking of moving in, do it. You won't regret it.
