Prescott View Apartments

Now that I have moved out I feel safer about posting a review since the last review posted I was requested by management to leave a 5 star review, and since I was living there I didn’t want to make management mad, so here is the honest feedback of the apartments First thing is that the shared washer and dryers in the laundry room have never been cleaned since in the 2 years I have been there and the room itself is filthy all the time. Second is that you have to provide your own lighting for the bedroom, there is no over head lighting in any of the bedrooms. You have to use a lamp. Third is that the only room in the whole apartment that will ever get AC is the living room and then bedrooms will be at like 80 degrees in the hot weather. Fourth the leasing company were an absolute nightmare

Lisa is the best Property Manager in Prescott! She has quick response to any issues that arise. The maintenance team is friendly and easy to work with. We have lived at this facility for almost 6 years through many changes. This apartment complex has found the right formula for success.

Mold because of improper ventilation in bathrooms and we didn’t get fair accommodations when the mold was being treated. Mold is not gone after treatment. Getting full deposit back when moving out is extremely difficult!

I love living here, the apartments are clean, updated and upgraded. The property manager Lisa, is amazing. She is easy to work with and responds quickly to any issue I’ve had :) You won’t regret choosing Prescott View Apartments!

If I could leave 10 stars I would! I have been here for 2 years and I loved it very much! Not only do I carry so many memories here of my family growing, but I also got to know many wonderful people on this community the time being here. Lisa is the property manager here and she is a gem. She never failed to get things done on time and the right way. Not only is she such a hard worker but she’s always on top of her residents ensuring they are left happy with their experience here. I am grateful to the Prescott View team for making my family’s and I’s experience here one we won’t forget. Thank you to the Prescott View team for all they have done to making this our home for the past 2 years. Lastly, a huge thank you to Lisa for being the person & property manager she is.
