Prescott Place Apartments

I have been a resident at this apartment complex for a year and have consistently parked in the same designated spot, I discovered that my vehicle had been towed by Matador without any prior warning or notification. I was shocked and frustrated to find that there was no apparent reason for the towing, and I believe it was an unjustified action. I would strongly advise others to think twice before parking at this complex due to the unreliable and unfair towing practices of Matador Towing company.

I normally do not post reviews but feel I need to this time. I requested them to fix the tubs on the move in sheet. I requested a total of 7 times. They fixed the private one but the main hallway one remained in the same bad condition the 3 years we were there. The maintenance people came looked and took pictures and said how bad it was but never came back to fix it. By God's grace we paid our rent on time the 3 years we lived there. Why would they not fix it??? Then we were charged a 50 fee for not responding to them about renters insurance. We had the same company for the whole time we were there. Of course they said they put notices on the door and sent an email. I was home everyday. NO notes were on my door regarding this issue. Why would I ignore something so important??? They did no

I applied to Prescott Place Apartments online, they were very quick response the next day to tell me I was approved, and asked when would I like to come and tour I set up an appointment for Saturday at 10 with silvia. I was 7 sure which layout i wanted, so Silvia showed both one bedrooms and a efficiency with washer and dryer connections that I loved. Silvia went above and beyond to make the process comfortable and answered all questions that I had. Can't wait to move i to my new place, thanks Silvia for your time and patience it was an overall great experience. You guys rock!!!!

Been living here for 2 1/2 months and this is the third time they have towed my vehicle because “my vehicle is not registered” I have been to the office twice to register my car and they told me I was fine. Managers don’t do anything. Called the towing company, Matador Towing, they don’t answer the phone and when they do the lady is extremely rude. If you have the choice not to live here, don’t!
