Prescott Lakes Senior Apartments

Prescott Lakes Apartments is the perfect place to spend your retirement years. It is a lovely facility with outstanding amenities. Although our apartment is one of the smaller floor plans, it is still spacious with gorgeous views and a generous balcony. The staff is both professional and personable. They offer a variety of activities, but you choose how involved you want to be. Compared to many of the independent living complexes, the rent and utilities are very reasonable. We love it here. I help many residents maintain their independence in their apartment homes and I’m so happy to see Prescott Lakes Apartments offer many social opportunities and activities that are often lead by active residents. Housekeeping is spot on and the manager, Camille is receptive and genuinely cares about each residents welfare. Such a gem in Prescott for older adult living.

Our move to Prescott Lakes Apartments just over a year ago was the best decision we’ve ever made! The transition from home ownership to carefree apartment living was made easier by the wonderful staff and exceptional amenities. We love participating in lots of activities and visiting with our friendly neighbors at the community get togethers….we can’t imagine living anywhere else. Thank you Camille, Lisa, Jeff, Matt and GeorgiaLynn for all you do in managing, maintaining and cleaning the complex….your efforts are greatly appreciated!

I have enjoyed living at Prescott Lakes Apartments for the last 3 years and hope stay for the rest of my retirement years. I have beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, sunrise, sunsets & full moon. It’s a safe environment with lots of amenities including elevators to access my apartment. The office staff, Tami & Kristin are friendly and do what they can to problem solve & make our lives pleasant. The house keeper, Rosario, keeps our facilities beautiful & is hard working, friendly & very helpful. It’s nice to have, Bob, our new maintenance man. He’s a hard worker & pleasant to interact with. Check it out if you are looking to downsize into a pleasant retirement community.

I know several friends and clients that live at Prescott Lakes Apartments and all are very happy to be there. And how could they not! The grounds are so beautiful and the apartments are top notch! Tamie and team work so hard to provide the residents with creative activities and events and cares for each and every one of them like they were relatives. One of the few places in the area with a pool too! I would recommend PLA to anyone long or short term (they have beautiful short term rentals !)
